Happy Friday! Check out this easy sprout salad we made from our farm grown sunflower sprouts!

Here’s the recipe:
Sunflower Sprout Salad
yields 2 light servings
1 cup sunflower fresh cut sunflower sprouts (rinsed)
1 tbsp dried cranberries
1 tbsp cashews
1 orange or pomelo peeled and sliced
salt & pepper
olive oil
Place the sprouts, dried cranberries, cashews, and pomelo or orange in a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Toss together and serve! Enjoy!
