What do you do with a surplus of onions and peppers? Make sausage sandwiches!
And instead of regular ketchup, students learned how to make some spicy ketchup using garlic and farm grown herbs.
We made some plain sausages and bread into a delicious meal – the students enjoyed this food demonstration VERY much. We even had a few staff members knocking on the life skills door….something smelled delicious!
This recipe will definitely be making into our cook book!
