On Monday, August 10, 2015 the National Center on Institutions and Alternatives (NCIA) became an affiliate of Woods Resources, Inc. Pennsylvania-based Woods, is one of the nation’s largest non-profit human services organizations. Founded in 1913, Woods has been providing exceptional services to individuals with developmental disabilities for over one hundred years.
