Meet Ronald
Ronald is a member of our Supported Employment Program and has been doing janitorial work for the MTA for two years now! He always talks about his lovely daughter, who inspires him to work hard and be successful.

Meet Melanie
Melanie graduated from our Youth in Transition School. She is an incredibly spirited young lady and loved to use her imagination with arts and crafts. She is very creative and would often enjoy painting and planting!

Meet Thomas
Thomas is a member of our Supported Employment Program and has been working in our Cafe' for THREE years. He is a genius at math and always has the update on all the latest movies. He's a true movie buff!

Meet Cornell
Cornell turned his life around by earning his High School Diploma at our Youth in Transition School. He then transitioned into our Adult Programs where he gained construction and landscaping skills, which allowed him to land a job with the State of Maryland!

Meet Michael
Michael is a member of our Supported Employment program and is great at his job of greeting NCIA's guests at the front desk. He is a social butterfly and loves to talk about the Baltimore Ravens!

Meet Daniel
Daniel just graduated from Youth in Transition in June 2015. He absolutely loved being a part of the Horticulture program. His favorite parts of the day were when he got to help out at the farm and play his harmonica!

Meet Willie
Willie's favorite basketball team is the Chicago Bulls and he loves showing off his Bull's hat to his friends and staff. He is super sweet and always ends a conversation by wishing that you have a great day.

Donate to our Thrift Store – NCIA is accepting gently used clothing, electronics, and small furnishings for its Thrift Store, which is open to the general public. Thrift Store hours of operation are 9:00am – 2:00pm Monday through Saturday. Contact 410.298.6840 for more information.
