Youth in Transition is getting a paint make-over! To celebrate the new season, we wanted to be sure to make the school interior as beautiful and bright as the Spring weather! All Aboard! Cruising to the Bahamas

All Aboard! A group of individuals from our Adult Residential Program and their staff went on a cruise to the Bahamas!  Beaches, white sand, clear ocean water, the bright sun, and warm weather…. Cookies…. Yummm!

Who doesn’t love a scrumptious freshly baked cookie? With the help of YIT Culinary Students, the Program Development Team baked hundreds of Chocolate Chip, Snickerdoodle and Oatmeal Raisin cookies that were sold to NCIA staff. You can bet those cookies were gone in no time at all. They were absolutely delicious. Tis’ The Season

Knock, Knock! NCIA’s Holiday Door and Cubicle Decorating Contest has arrived!  This holiday season was a blast, as staff were racing around to find the perfect decorations to make their office door or cubicle look the best.  It was tough competition because everyone that participated did such a GREAT job. NCIA Awarded HUGE Snow Removal Contract

NCIA is proud to announce that we have acquired our very first commercial contract worth $1.3 Million.  The contract was awarded to us by the Maryland Transit Administration (MTA) to assist them with snow removal from select metro stations across the state of Maryland.  The contract will span over the course of five years. Our individuals are trained on how to properly remove snow and use tools to perform their jobs effectively.  New job opportunities include: shoveling snow, salting the walkways and operating front-loaders.
