Lindsay Hayes began his employment as a research assistant with NCIA in 1978. He has been the Jail Suicide Prevention and Liability Reduction Program Director since 1980, and currently operates from NCIA’s office in Mansfield, Massachusetts.

Christine Pahigian

Christine Pahigian has worked for over 25 years in the field of criminal and juvenile justice, in sentencing advocacy and the development of alternatives to incarceration at direct service, policy and government levels practitioners. Ms. Pahigian currently serves as Executive Director of Friends of Island Academy, a youth development center which breaks the cycle of incarceration by building the capacity of young people to become contributing citizens.

Frances Wright has been in banking for 30 years. Since Joining M&T in 1999 she has specialized in working with Not-For-Profit organizations. Her clients range from community-based organizations to educational institutions including colleges and universities, charter schools and independent schools.
